Shipping Policy
Processing of Orders:
Orders within Poland will be processed and shipped between 2-5 business days. Orders can be shipped and be delivered on weekends. Bulk orders will be processed and shipped within 2-8 business days
International orders will be processed and shipped between 5-10 business days.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. This will be communicated with the customer if it ever happens.
Shipping of Orders:
For orders in Poland, local postal services including Poczta Post or Inpost will be used.
For EU orders, DPD, Inpost or Poczta Polska will be used
For international Orders, available postal services will be used.
Shipping Charges:
This will be calculated upon checking out.
Tracking An Order:
Once an order has been shipped, the customer will be notified either via email or phone notification with a tracking number. The movement of the goods can be tracked via the used postal services site.
Shipping Address Changes:
If you need to change the shipping address after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible at info@nyostyles.com. We will do our best to accommodate changes before the order is shipped.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes:
NYOSTYLES is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages:
NYOSTYLES is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
